The Whitey Top Lodge

Terms and Conditions
We want you to enjoy your stay but ask you to observe the following conditions.

Bookings are from 3.00pm on the day of arrival to 10am on the day of departure.

Accommodation may not be occupied by more than the number of persons specified on the booking form. We do no accept bookings from stag or hen parties.

A  deposit of £100 is required for a provisional booking, or payment in full for bookings made less than 28 days before the arrival date. After your booking has been confirmed the deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. The balance of payment is due 28 days before arrival. Under no circumstances may the accommodation be occupied unless payment has been made in full.

Car parking
A double car parking space is provided with the Lodge. All vehicles are parked at owner's risk.

Condition of Lodge
The Lodge will be inspected on departure and should be left in a clean and tidy condition; otherwise additional charges may be incurred. You are responsible for the lodge during your stay. You undertake to report and pay for any damage caused to the lodge and for any equipment damaged or broken during your stay.

Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times and at no time is a guest permitted to enter the farm without prior permission due to health and safety concerns and only then, to observe the milking parlour.
Injury, loss, damage

No responsibility will be accepted for any injury, loss, damage to persons, possessions or vehicles on the site known as Whitey Top Farm. All persons staying on or visiting the site known as Whitey Top Farm use the facilities including the hot tub entirely at their own risk. When using the hot tub we ask that you read the guidance notes before use.

Cancellation of the booking within 28 days of arrival date will be non-refundable
Breaching our terms and conditions

In the event of any serious breach of the above conditions, Whitey Top Lodges reserves the right to terminate a holiday and ask the offenders to leave the farm.
